Preparing the side consoles was pretty fun. Lots of holes to drill, and a couple of parts to make. I finished the right side, but not the left. The right was a bit tricky, since it didn’t really fit right, as you can see in this picture:

I did some triming, and some bending, and it turned out ok, I think.

The left side got some attention, but it holds the “throttle quadrant”. This will be a bit special on my plane, since I will most likely be using a “fly by wire” throttle. I need to check with my engine supplier what they recommend I use as a quadrant, and then finish this stuff. Most of the work is done, just need some final touches.
