Axel from Mecanair http://www.mecanair.ch/ came over today to do the transponder test. He had to do it twice, as I apparently had not properly programmed the Trig Avionics TT21 – my bad! https://www.trig-avionics.com/product/compact-transponder/ After a quick phone call to their support, some guidance from Lindsey, I realized that I didn’t have my Mode-S code. A call to BAZL/OFAC https://www.bazl.admin.ch/bazl/en/home.html got me the code, and an email with the details. Great service from Leo at BAZL!

All in all, three suppliers, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, and all were exemplary!
