This post it just as a reminder to myself of the types of pipe thread sealant I have used. Mostly I used PST 561 stick – this is for NPT fittings. Reminder to anyone and everyone, never use teflon tape on an aircraft fuel system, little bits of the tape can come off and clog one of the small openings in either the fuel injection system or carburetor or fuel pump or fuel pickup or fuel filter, etc. You get the idea – use the pastes below – not tape.
