An important part of the process for every aircraft is to get an accurate weight on each wheel, which then allows you to calculate the W&B. Karl came and did this for me, and he was really meticulous, as you would expect. Everything was weighed down to the gram. We did it 6 times – first three were with the canopy open – which is not what we want. Oops! Then we got to do it again with the canopy closed.
